To be more productive and ensure confidentiality we manufacture many components in house. With our 5-axis CNC capability and excellent measurement/inspection facilities, we can have prototypes and development parts created almost immediately. All cylinder heads are machined in house by our separate head department. This enables confidential projects to be separated easily and securely, and guarantees a clean area. Our engine shop currently has the capacity to cater for several major projects, and with constant recruiting this number is always rising. In house manufacturing and assembly has justified a substantial stores area, which again allows us to cut build times to the minimum by having parts ready for projects. |
